Rules of Conduct and Accommodation:

• Check-in is allowed any time after 3 pm;

• Check-out must be done by 12:00;

• The opening hours of the Jacuzzi are from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm;

• There are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am from November to March and from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am from April to October;

• Visitors are not allowed without the owner's authorization;

• It is not allowed to remove furniture from the accommodation, including bed linen. Towels and robes can be taken to the pool or jacuzzi;

• Casa da Benfeitoria is not safe or suitable for children between 2 and 12 years old;

• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation;

• Pets are not allowed;

• Parties or events are not allowed;

• Any articles damaged by misuse or negligence by the guest must be paid for.
